Data we process
Account data includes your email, profile information, and authentication records. Passwords are stored as hashes. Saved-model data includes geometry, tables, diagnostics, file metadata, and any saved preview images.
Local and cloud processing
Anonymous Viewer imports are converted on your device. When you import while signed in, model data is sent to Spectral and saved in your account. Models created or edited through MCP are also stored on the server. Do not submit confidential data unless you have permission to do so.
Why we use data
We use data to provide account access, save and retrieve models, send account messages, maintain security, and diagnose failures. Hosting uses AWS. Error monitoring can use Sentry and collect technical error and performance information. Browser storage keeps your sign-in state and local settings. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
When you connect an external agent, that agent and its provider can receive the model information returned to it. Their own privacy policies apply.
Retention and your choices
Saved models remain in your account until deleted or removed under the service rules. You can delete saved models and revoke API tokens from the platform. Deletion from the active service does not guarantee immediate removal from backups or security records.
Use the contact page to request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. We may need to verify that you own the account. Applicable law can require some records to be retained.
