Keep your account and agent credentials secure. Use only files and data that you have permission to process. You keep ownership of your content and permit Spectral to process and store it to provide the features you use.
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security issues.
Engineering responsibility
Spectral supports model inspection and data workflows. It does not replace engineering analysis, design review, or professional judgment. Check units, geometry, diagnostics, and source data before relying on a result.

The service is provided as available. Features and limits can change. Keep your own source files and necessary backups. To the extent permitted by law, Spectral does not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free results. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
